1) Eliminate the Property Tax — No More Renting From the Government

David believes that homeowners should actually own their homes rather than paying eternal rent to the government in the form of property taxes. He has already unveiled a plan to freeze property taxes and immediately give seniors a $500,000 homestead exemption which will eliminate property taxes for most seniors.

David will also file a bill in January to ban seizure of Seniors’ homes if they can’t afford back property taxes. Taxes would become liens collectable only when the property is sold or transferred.

His plan will eventually get rid of property taxes altogether. “Government has a tendency to grow itself at all costs, and I’m sure this will cause consternation among local officials,” David said earlier this year. “I just can’t accept communities expanding the size of their bureaucracies on the backs of our seniors. The horror of seniors losing their homes is far greater to me than the difficulty of managing local government budgets. One is a challenge; the other is a tragedy.

2) Eliminate the State Income Tax

Hardworking Georgians deserve to keep more of their paycheck. As Lieutenant Governor, David will lead the charge to eliminate Georgia’s state income tax — putting money back into family budgets, attracting new businesses, and ensuring Georgia stays a national leader in job creation and opportunity.

3) Keep Foreign Influence Out of Georgia

David has already taken a stand against foreign governments like Communist China buying up Georgia’s farmland and critical assets. As Lieutenant Governor, he will ensure foreign adversaries are blocked from owning land, businesses, or exerting influence over Georgia’s economy, schools, or politics. Georgia’s future belongs to Georgians — not Beijing.

4) Put Parents in Charge of Education

David believes parents — not politicians or bureaucrats — know what’s best for their children. He will fight to ensure parents can make the best locational and directional choices for their children’s education, defend parental rights in every classroom, and end woke indoctrination in our schools so kids can focus on the priorities: reading, writing, math, science, and real American history.

5) Stop the Left’s Radical Agenda in Its Tracks

The Left’s agenda of open borders, indoctrination in schools, and weaponized government has no place in Georgia. David will use his seat in the Senate to stop bad bills, fight back against woke mandates, and ensure that no radical policy hijacks our state’s values. He will be the conservative firewall Georgia needs under the Gold Dome.

6) Protect Georgia Values and Freedoms

David’s mission is simple: defend life, liberty, and the Georgia way of life. Whether it’s safeguarding the unborn, expanding Second Amendment rights, standing with law enforcement, or protecting parents’ rights in education, David will ensure that Georgia remains a state where freedom thrives and families come first.

7) Crush Fentanyl, Gangs, and Crime to Keep Georgia Safe

Georgia’s families deserve safe neighborhoods — not streets overrun by fentanyl and violent gangs. As Lieutenant Governor, David will lead the fight to crack down on drug traffickers, dismantle gang networks, and give law enforcement the resources and backing they need to protect our communities. He’ll stand up to weak-on-crime politicians and ensure Georgia is a place where law and order are respected and families are safe.
