When you’re in a place of sacrifice where you’re not there to gain power for yourself, and you’re there to serve your country for a higher purpose, it changes you forever. Once you start living for power, you lose some of who you are as a human being.

- David Talking About His Time in Afghanistan and On His Fight Against Political Corruption

Meet David

Representative Clark brings a common sense, solutions-oriented approach to the legislature.

Representative Clark is a small business owner and combat Veteran. Representative Clark was born one of ten children, growing up on a small farm in Suwanee, Georgia. As a teenager, his family relocated to Lake Lanier, where he spent the majority of his time outdoors. He developed a love of history at a young age, which eventually led him to joining the military upon graduating high school. He successfully completed Ranger School and as a member of the infantry, deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon his return, he attended Georgia Gwinnett College and currently is a small business owner.
